S.E.M.S is a online service which is free to any of our Prescription Safety Eyewear customers. If your a direct customer or buy through a distributor, it doesn't matter as you can still benefit from the uses of S.E.M.S.
S.E.M.S has been developed by Parmelee Safety to help you control your complete safety eyewear programme. It continues to be developed year on year to give you even greater control and flexibility.
S.E.M.S is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All the information on SEMS that you select to view is all in real time.

E-Ticket Ordering
Set up a profile that controls what products your employee can have when processing prescription orders. This feature allows you to keep good control on your cost; employees can only have what you permit. This feature also ensures that any mandatory eye protection policy you put in place is adhered to, for example if your policy is that all your employees can only have a set range of frames along with polycarbonate lenses, then any order forms you generate will have these parameters set as mandatory.
These parameters can be modified by yourself should your profile requirements change.
You can simply create an order form online, which is generated from your registered profile. All you have to do is complete the form online, print it off and take it to your optician.
Your optician will complete the form and send it to us for manuafacure.
Key in your prescription number to track where your prescription eyewear is in our system. You can now also view the date, time and manufacturing history along with your order location. This feature saves time and money, and with no more phone calls to track an order, this will allow you to focus on other important issues.
Do you use a specific optician for your employees?
If so then, for accounts that require no paperwork in the system the E-Ticket feature needs to be experienced. This is the ultimate in control of your Prescription Safety programme. With this feature you can generate an order called an E-Ticket that only opticians that you have authorised can fulfil. These opticians are able to complete the tickets with the parameters you have set in your 'Account Profile' and submit the orders electronically. This results in Zero Paper and full traceable.
